Your body has an incredible, built-in filtration system designed to flush out toxins, reduce inflammation, and protect your immune health. However, unlike your circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump; it relies entirely on muscle movement and breath to keep fluid flowing. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a highly specialized, ultra-light technique designed to manually encourage this natural flow. We use gentle, rhythmic strokes that stretch the skin just enough to stimulate the lymphatic pathways, helping your body clear out stagnant fluids and metabolic waste efficiently.

Whether you are dealing with temporary swelling, feeling sluggish, recovering from a minor cosmetic procedure, or simply looking to give your immune system a natural boost, this deeply relaxing therapy provides a powerful internal reset. Crucially, our lymphatic services are designed exclusively for individuals with a generally healthy, intact lymphatic system. If you have been diagnosed with lymphedema, have had lymph nodes removed, or require medical-grade manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) for a specific health condition, you will need a specialized clinical practitioner. For healthy individuals, however, this massage acts as a highly effective, proactive tool to optimize your body’s natural defenses and reduce temporary puffiness.

Beyond just feeling lighter, Lymphatic Drainage bridges the gap between relaxation and deep cellular health. We place a heavy emphasis on opening up major lymph nodes and clearing pathways so your body can detoxify itself long after you leave the table. You receive incredibly soothing, slow-paced care from a practitioner who understands the precise mechanics of fluid dynamics. Investing in lymphatic work means prioritizing your body's internal hygiene, reducing systemic inflammation, and leaving you feeling refreshed, depuffed, and rejuvenated.

What to Expect

Lymphatic drainage is vastly different from a traditional deep tissue massage. It requires specific pacing, an extremely gentle touch, and an understanding of fluid mechanics to be effective. Here is what you can look forward to.

Extremely Light Pressure icon

The lymphatic vessels are located just below the surface of the skin. We use very gentle, fast paise strokes to stretch the skin rather than pressing into the muscle. If you are expecting deep pressure, this will feel remarkably different, but it is deeply effective.

Because we are manually moving stagnant fluids and metabolic waste into your bloodstream for filtration, you will likely need to use the restroom shortly after. Drinking plenty of water post-massage is absolutely essential to help flush everything out.
